Unfufilled tickets

Is there a way to see tickets that have been sent to the kitchen kds, but haven't been fulfilled by kitchen in the back office of toast?

Hey, thanks for reaching out with this question! Unfortunately, this would be a feature request as there is not a way to view these tickets on toastweb.com. However, you may be able to view them on a different device connected via blue stacks; link below to learn more about this setup!
