Void Reversal

Hi All,

before void reversal modul is available on my 1 st location. but now suddenly is missing with tips adjustment. 

the weird thing is i have 3 location just recently sign up with toast, on the backend tips adjustment and void reversal modul is there or enable. 

anyone know what cause that? or this is just toast marketing for new customer? later after couple of month they disable tips adjustment and void reversal.

Hi Abbie, thank you for sharing the screenshots. I think the reason it does not show the void reversal option and tip adjustment is because you have not done credit card batch settlement yet. Once credit cards are batched, you will be able to do void reversal.
