This is the first inventory that we have taken using xtraChef. I have populated a beginning inventory in order to take this month's inventory but somehow the beginning inventory is now the ending inventory. How do I change this?
Every inventory is an ending inventory, next inventory this ending inventory will become the beginning inventory. There is nothing you need to do but keep taking inventory.
