When you go to Rewards on the payment screen, it offers a place to enter a rewards account number, or search by name or phone number. if you enter a number that is NOT in the POS, it does NOT give you the option to sign the customer up.
100% understand. Maybe I stated that wrong. We would love to do the same honestly. Leave toast direct online for our loyal customers, but pause all other 3rd party then have it return when we're slower.
Even this would be helpful, as direct orders are much less heavy and obviously less expensive. We often turn everything off during the rush, then managers forget to turn them back on.
