Could issue status reporting be slightly improved?

When I open issues, I see an email like this.

 

Did we fix it? 13589507

It would be soo helpful if it can include at least a meaningful subject line? Having to open and see what the issue is for each email is just painful.

YES!  Toast please fix this.  I am currently so frustrated with Toast support trying to follow up on open cases.  Just got an email today closing a case that I have no idea what it's for.  Even going to Toast Central to look up case numbers and there's NO detail on what the cases are about.

Is anyone else also experiencing delays on tickets opened via the "My Care Cases" portal?

The cases aren't urgent (otherwise I would call or chat), but in the past they would get answered within a week. I have one case that's 3 weeks old and another one that did get a response a month ago but no updates since.

Yes. I have been chasing down support for weeks on a certain ticket.  I keep getting promised a follow up from the support team and it never comes.
