We have had an issue with online payment chargebacks, and most recently had an online gift card purchase that was immediately redeemed for an online order that was eventually disputed. I have learned that we essentially lose all online payment chargeback disputes, so I have disabled online payments.
My question is: is there a way to disable the just the online gift card module but keep gift cards enabled? I want to sell gift cards to customers in person but it looks like I have to either allow all gift cards, including online purchase, or disable all gift cards.
