Is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to access Toast Web and/or Toast Payroll after signing in? This issue started about 3-weeks ago, and it goes back and forth from Toast Payroll and Toast Web! I have reached out to support numerous times who clearing does not understand the issue, and for someone that is on all Toast platforms all-day, every day, it's killing me!
Attached is the screen I get! I have cleared all browsing, cookies, etc. data - all is good for about 5 minutes, then blank page again! The ONLY way I can access whichever Toast site is doing it is by opening an incongnito window - only then can I access every single page and site just fine! This is driving me absolutely crazy!!!!
One support agent finally said "oh I found something about a known issue with customers using Windows 11" - then a few days later, I check back for an update with a different agent, and they said there is no issue with Windows 11 and doesn't know what I'm talking about!
