Anyone else have a horrible experience with the loyalty transaction and loyalty member pages? We have around 30,000 rewards members across 5 locations and it takes forever, if it does at all, to come up with loyalty accounts. It's incredibly frustrating to use when you sit there staring at the buffering screen. As I'm typing, I've been waiting 5 minutes to gather 6 month data on ONE location. Timewise it doesn't make sense to go month to month for an entire year for 5 locations. It seems they rolled the feature out and never ever touched it again. With the new updates for visit-based loyalty, I think the entire loyalty suite should be looked into.

It's really slow for us too. Sometimes it can take over 10 minutes to do a single search on Toast Web.
Toast does allow you to limit the search range which helps, but the issue is we sometimes have customers who haven't visited for awhile and we need to find some historical data on them. I know it's faster on the POS but that doesn't help when we're handling the issue on Toast Web.
We have over a dozen locations, so often have to search all the locations at once, but sometimes the search will time out and give us an error.
I even have an active Toast ticket asking for help finding out the history of a rewards card from several months ago, but it's been almost 3 weeks and they're still trying to find it.

I'm glad to hear we're not the only ones! I can't even imagine having more than a dozen locations to worry about. I agree the search range is nice, but like you said it makes it difficult to find older transactions. I just feel like with all of the updates recently, like product mix (I do like the new version) they should be focusing on building up that loyalty software to make it faster in real-time. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Good luck with the active ticket, I know how that goes.
