Volunteers --- not employees

Hi, 

We are new. We are a volunteer Elks Lodge. We do not have any employees. We all all volunteer -- so nobody needs to track hours.  I am having a problem with  our employees  aka  volunteer users, being required to "clock in" when they try and access the POS. Since they don’t clock in, they can’t access.

Any ideas for me?

Under employees > jobs, edit the existing job titles you are using to salary and not hourly pay basis

@DarleneMcLain As the shift needs to be closed out once every 24 hours you just need to clock in and clock out so you can pinpoint who took what order and what payments. Its one button 

Can you set up a generic name/ account for everyone to use or does each person need their own login?
