We are trying to figure out a way to communicate with our rewards members. We only have email addresses for a small percentage of the guest who have signed up. We sign up all of our guests with phone number. Can anyone suggest a way to get More of their email addresses? Also, is there a way to easily send out an email to all rewards members reminding them that they have points and to come use them? I know I can reach out to each of them individually, however we have over Four Thousand rewards members. What do people do to engage with their rewards members? Thank you!

I don't know if you offer a birthday reward but if you do I would remind customers when they sign up to follow the link in the confirmation text to add their birthday to get the reward, they will also be asked to add an email address as well. Do you use e-mail marketing? If you do you can just choose the email list 'guests enrolled in loyalty' when starting a campaign.

I am curious about this same issue. We use phone numbers for sign up, when customers get the initial text, only about 1/3 enter an email to complete the loyalty program sign-up. As a result we're only reaching 1/3 of our loyalty members with our email marketing campaigns. Is there a fast way to have customers add an email address to their loyalty account after the initial sign-up process? Our locations are walk-up and drive-thru only so interaction is limited. I haven't found an easy way to do this if there is.

You could switch the loyalty sign-up to email instead. Otherwise, you might have to use third-party integrations to try to get email lists and then manually add them to Toast.
