Is there a way to have notes about a guest that pops up if they place an order? For example...
1. a guest repeatedly has chargebacks
2. a guest repeatedly doesn't show for phone orders so we want to collect payment over the phone
3. a guest has a gluten allergy and we want it noted in their file to NOTIFY all staff and help reduce risk of exposure
4. a guest calls in an order and they have a credit for a previous restaurant error
5. a guest repeatedly calls in to try and get free food (because there was a "mistake" on some fictitious order
It would be immensely helpful if we could enter notes for the staff to see on the POS that are tied to specific customers. Is this possible?

In general, it is not possible to have a customizable notes on guests that will pop up and prompt servers to follow the instructions/notes However, there has been a similar feature request submitted years back. Not sure when it will be implemented.

Hopefully, Toast will get moving on this feature request which I know many of us would like to see implemented.
