Auto-Fulfillment of items not requiring prep

ISSUE: soups, salads, chips, etc. are all taken care of by the food runner but they still need to be on the expo screen. When the kitchen fulfills all food items, the order does not go to the front of the KDS because the sauces are showing up as not fulfilled. Sometimes our KDS is 4 screens back so it is not feasible for the food runner to manually fulfill these items.

SOLUTION: How do I get these items to be marked as completed automatically when they are rang in?

@Anduzzis, there isn't a way to have items auto-fulfilled, you could make the sauce items only go to a specific KDS so it's easier for the runner to clear unless the kitchen needs to see the sauce orders.

I am seeking a similar solution for this problem. Right now the only answer is buy/install a second kds screen.

Is your situation the same of slightly different? If I remember correctly from a previous post you just have two prep station KDS and no expeditor?

You have a great memory! Unfortunately not all of our stores have 2 expo screens.  I appreciate you are seeking a solution for us.
