If a guest leaves without paying their tab and the pre-authorized credit card declines, I would like to block that guest from ordering at Order and Pay in the future. Is there a way to block or "mark" guests by name, phone number and/or email address?

yes, we also need the ability to block or at least flag cards that have previously had a card declined after walking out on a tab.
we should also be able to block or flag cards that have submitted a chargeback previously.
this is a needed feature.

I'll also add my vote to this feature.
It looks like right now the most Toast can do is block the email for Online Orders, but that's not enough:
Though Toast can't block any credit cards, if you suspect fraudulent chargebacks occurring through online ordering, please contact Customer Care to block the email address in question from placing an order.

I have been begging for this feature. blocking emails is hilariously useless.

We should be able to block customer by address. We are receiving chargebacks on orders from our branded mobile app, we have no way to stop this from happening by blocking the customer from future orders, This is a branded app issue we are not receiving chargebacks anywhere else.
