Buy One Get One Discount

Hello,

I am having trouble with my BOGO discount. I am doing a deal that if you buy a family meal, you can get 4 desserts discounted. It works for the 4 items if there are no multiples,  but it doesn't work for multiples. Is there any way to get it to work with items that ring up more than 1? if someone happens to want the same dessert as someone else it will not ring up properly. All help is welcomed and thank you.

So when you set up your Combo Discount You have to create multiple variations

Ex Family Meal And 4 Dessert 1   or

Family Meal and 4 Dessert

Family Meal and 3 Dessert + 1 Dessert

Family Meal and 2 Dessert + 2 Dessert

Family Meal and 1 Dessert + 1 Dessert + 1 Dessert + 1 Dessert

That is if they are all in the same menu group

Both are menu items on their own. I essentially want it that if you buy a specific value meal then you can get your first 4 ice creams at $2 off each cup. no matter if it's house or premium category. So i have to set up each situation, 4 premium- 0 house down to 0 premium-4house combinations?
