For a company that has been on the cutting edge of almost everything so far this is shady as hell! Let me guess, They hired some new "Businessman" minded executive that thought this would be a good idea. It might look good on the stock price in the short term, but this will cost you business in the long term. NONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS OR MINE ARE HAPPY ABOUT THIS. Please rethink this!

Dear Toast, You have hijacked my receipt and added your own explanation of the order processing fee which does not represent my restaurant's view. Who gives you that right????? Please take off the note on receipts. That is appalling!!!!
