Hello Toasters!
We are finalizing the setup of our catering program with the next step being to go live with catering online ordering to allow guests to order themselves. One of our concerns is how to ensure the team gets notification for an order as soon as it comes in, especially for advanced orders that will not fire until a future day or time.
It doesn't look like you can set up any notifications for catering online ordering like you can with the regular online ordering system. we are hoping to be able to set up an email notification whenever a catering online order is submitted, so the team is alerted about it and can begin preparing for it immediately.

Thank you for pointing this out @au79teahouse. We will try this. Do you all use this feature? Interesting that when you ask Toast IQ, it says that this is not possible.

HI @Tinku_S you can get all sorts of notifications from prep sheets, pack sheets, BEO's, Kitchen Sheets, etc. If you use catering you can set automations on who gets what when
