We just set up with Grubhub. Our first few orders cam through and the items didnt show on any of the proper Prep Stations. The ticket shows on expo, but none of my cooks saw anything. Anyone know anything about this? All my menu items are routed, online orders through toast and google work fine, just the Grubhub is having issues.

Do you use any ticket filtering by dining option on the prep station KDS? You should have some new dining options now and they may be unchecked in the ticket display options under device setup.

Do you have a different set of menus for Grubhub or do you use the same menus with menu pricing?
And you mentioned that your menu items are routed. You might want to check your item routing configuration. Most likely it's causing your GH tickets were not sent to local printers.
