We have TP300 printers in the kitchen, the internal buzzer sound is too faint/soft for the cooks to notice - and we are not interested in adding a KDS.
Are there alternate printers that can be used with TOAST POS that has louder chimes? Or any buzzer/add-ons we should look into?

There are external buzzer available in the market but I couldn't get them to work with Toast printer years ago. Maybe @Rob is able to reach out to hardware and see if that is possible.

Had a little free time to dig into it:
1. If you haven't tried changing the chime volume on your tp300, consider to do this first by accessing the printer settings.

2. If you already tried to adjust the volume and it is still not loud enough. The external buzzer I mentioned earlier is OT-BZ20, which works with some older versions of Epson printers. The article below lists out the compatible epson printers that Toast support.

Awesome, thanks! It looks like Epson TM-T88V supports external buzzer that connects to the DK (Drawer Kick) port for higher volume - will get a set to try. Thanks for the tips.
Note: I've changed the TP300 buzzer setting, including trying out all 6 modes.
