Invoicing Error

Hi all,

     I have uploaded multiple invoices in Xtra and things are going well.  I have 3 though that are causing a hiccup.  When i go in to fix whatever error it has I have this message "is currently viewing this document. You may edit it once they close it."  I am the only one in the system at the time and no one on this end has even logged in yet so I am not sure where this is coming from and/or if I can clear it??

Thank you - Update - It seems due to us just getting started the folks at Toast were in the system looking at and reviewing the uploaded invoices.

You may need to contact support for this error I would try to see if Clearing your cache and cookies solves this.
