Item and Modifier Printing

2 part question - we're a pizzeria.

1. Is it possible to print a menu item at 2 different prep stations but have the modifiers only print at one?
   
   Example: If someone orders a chicken finger sub, the sub and all its toppings get printed to the sub prep station, however, we would like it to also print the item name at the wing prep station (no mods included) so we don't have to yell across the kitchen that we need chicken fingers for the sub. Is this possible?
   
   By selecting wing station and sub station at the item level, the whole ticket prints at both stations but we only want part of it to show at the wing station. 
   
   
2. We'd like certain modifiers to print at specific prep stations, but when setting that up, it doesn't show what item it's tied to. (pic attached)
   
   Example: If you order a salad, it prints at the salad station. But if you wanted to add a chicken breast to the salad, that needs to print at the dinner prep station so staff knows to grill the chicken for the salad. The kitchen ticket will just say "chicken breast" and the staff doesn't know who it belongs to.
   
   I've used these articles to help but it's not acting the way I'd like - when a modifier prints at the prep station, it's not attached to the item:

I think your only option to get the Menu item and only the mod you want to see is to route the main item CF Sub to both Sub and Wing Printer, then route the mods that you want to only go to wing and the mods you only want to go to Sub, and set modifier routing to 'Print or show modifier only'

From your example

You would have to explicitly route every modifier though, anything left set inherited would show on both.

YEs this is possible. Pizzeria menu's are a challenge but i would be happy to go through it with you just shoot me a dm
