Is anyone else experiencing issues with their KDS. Specifically, we have noticed that orders are sometimes only going to the expo screens and other times only to the production screens. Additionally, there have been instances where orders are not showing up at all. This has been reported by all of our restaurants, and it started around the first of March. It doesn't happen every day but seems to be occurring more often the past couple of weeks.

We haven't encountered this exact issue at our other locations; however, one location did experience a problem with their carryout KDS recently where orders were not appearing on that KDS. It turned out to be related to the device being on Wi-Fi after the ethernet connection was removed. I would check that your hard-wired devices are not also connected to wi-fi.

Aise from that, have you checked the KDS settings under Kitchen & Ticket Setup?
