kds missing items or not getting tickets

Does any one else have the same problem of orders (tickets) no getting to the right KDS ? or showing up in the pre station but not on the expo even though they a set up to go to expo ? Try already rebooting, reinstalling changing cables changing switches, changing the KDS to new ones but the problems persists, Help any one !!!????

I would first double check ticket display options under device setup on each KDS, make sure there is nothing unchecked that should be.

We recently had an issue with this check and see if courses are setup on the items in question.

This is happening for us too. Going to expo but not grill. Triple checked courses and prep stations. I'm now thinking the elo device is just too old?? Going to clear cache after brunch and swap out screen with a newer device.

Let me know if swapping to the newer device solved the issue!
