We are thinking of adding the loyalty program for our customers, but we don't know what the fair dynamic would be on how many points would be given for each dollar spent and how much money would those points be worth?

You can alter how many points a customer earns per dollar they spend; we also have a little note there that says what other businesses tend to offer!
