Mobile Order and Pay Reporting

Hi Everyone,

We have Mobile Order and Pay setup and having an issue trying to capture the volume/reporting through it.  We have Revenue centers set to show which workstations are processing orders, but I think the issue we have is that one of our Point of Sales is set as the expediter, so it isn't showing us any orders at all for the KDS processing the Mobile orders.  I went into the devices setup on the KDS receiving the orders and set the revenue center for Mobile Ordering, but it never shows on our reports, yet our "POS 2" shows a higher volume.  Does anyone know of a way to capture that volume?

We've ran a number of orders through the system and its doesn't show any sales for Order and Pay in the Performance Center....

I'm sorry to hear the Performance Center does not show the information you need. We don't have Order and Pay at our establishment. Performance Center was my best guess that might have numbers you need. I did some research on Order and Pay feature and found the followings:

edited: Or you can create another set of menus and make the menus only visible to Order & Pay if dining option does not work out.

Thank you for this, Order and Pay sales show up on this report.  Sales Summary, Source, Order and Pay.  I don't understand why it would show up on this and not anything else.  Appreciate it!
