Our website's "ORDER ONLINE" button leads to a DoorDash Storefront page where customers can choose one of our locations for ordering. A few days ago, one of the locations stopped showing up on the Storefront page. Though Storefront is a DoorDash product, the location information is fed to the page by Toast. Somehow, Toast is not feeding that one location to Storefront.
I've made sure all settings in Toast show we are open. I opened a tech support ticket, and after hours of very slow troubleshooting and being passed from tech to tech, the chat went silent. The next day, all I got is "thank you for your patience while we continue to investigate this issue," and more silence. This is our main restaurant location and customers are not able to order food online.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? I've gone through all the integration steps to make sure Toast is communicating with Doordash/Storefront, but the issue persists.
