Schedule Enforcement Issues

Hello!

I am having an issue with schedule enforcement. We need to make it so employees cannot clock in more than 15 minutes before their shifts start. We have schedule enforcement set up on Toast for the desired timeline - I used my desktop to set it up, not the POS. Our employees clock in on a POS. For whatever reason, the schedule enforcement I set using the Toast website isn't working.

I did some research and it seems that I might need to set it up on our physical POS too, so I followed the instructions to do so (Front of house order screen - setup - UI options - enforce scheduling - yes) BUT when I click on UI options the POS screen stalls out and gives an error message with the option to refresh the screen. This happens every time I try. I also tried setting it up from a different manager's account just in case the issue was with my account and the same thing happened.

Ok, so it seems to be pulling the schedule in, do you see entries under job as well as in and out times?  Are your jobs in toast and 7shifts matching? 

Hmm...actually the job column is completely blank all the way down. There is data for date, user, in time and out time BUT no job information.
