I'm looking for ways to clean up our kitchen tickets from 3rd party delivery + online ordering partners. We've experienced delivery drivers and customers have trouble finding their order due to two things -
1. Small font on the top of the ticket
2. Confusing way the integration formats the customer information, for example UberEats customer information comes out as "UE__CustomerName8374" This goes the same for DoorDash.
For context, we are using the kitchen tickets that are printed at our prep station to stick on the outside of the bag. Does anyone have any recommendations to elevate this experience?

Hi @EvanBurningRice, I'm sorry, but I couldn't find any more information on this topic. It seems like there isn't a way to modify the formatting for integration partners. Note that adjusting the header size is not currently possible. Below is the link for what we can change with physical kitchen tickets.

Hi @Rob, thank you for putting this together! Unfortunately, these articles refer to digital tickets on the KDS, not physical tickets we place on our bags for drivers & customers to pick up. Our font is maxed out as the largest and the names through the integrations come through as "UE__Customername9294" - Any suggestions on how to clean up physical tickets? Thank you!
