Hello all. Pretty desperate at this point.
In Oklahoma, if a guest is tax exempt then sales tax can be waived, but LBW tax cannot be. We have to collect the LBW tax, regardless of their tax exempt status. I'm being told this is not possible in Toast, which seems insane.
Is there anyone out there that can tell me how to set it up so that the Sales Tax is exempt when the Tax Exempt button is pressed, but the LBW tax is not?
