ticket appearing on 1 KDS but not the other.

So as tickets are being sent back from the sever the ticket will appear on on of the 2 KDS screens and not the other. have to sign out of the screen and resign in to get tickets appear. and it will do it vice versa as well.  My cooks had a hard time keeping up with business cause only half the kitchen will see the ticket. Is there a fix for this or an update?

go to device setup, find display order option, select  the dining options you'd like to show
