I was looking to run a time card report on an archived employee. She was being rehired. She left over 2 years ago to take care of a family member.. Toast POS Employee report will not let me run a report for an employee past 25 month limit. Back Office Employee Time Management window displays a red warning notice when. i tried to pull up her time card daily clock in/out for 8/1/2023 - 12.01.2023.
In my State of California State Regulations require employers keep time card records for 4 years (48 months). This message seems to not allow me to be compliant if I cannot reproduce the time clock in/out/breaks report for an old employee from four years from today date
How do I do this with Toast POS Time card Reports?
