Has anyone experienced an increase of issues with tips being input incorrectly ? Most specifically when one check pays with multiple cards. The "new experience" update added so much clutter and unnecessary information to this screen - the one helpful feature they missed would have been to make it EASIER to reference the different card numbers, and EASIER to see which checks had multiple payments on them. We have had to refund over $120 in tips since the update, not to mention tips that don't get put in because the check closed. It's a nightmare now, it already took a significant amount of time, it now take 2x as long.
