Hey Toast Community,
I'm in search of advice regarding the direct POS integrations with Uber Eats, DoorDash, and GrubHub. We have direct integrations through Toast for all partners and recently have been noticing high amounts of missed orders causing our locations to be deactivated on said marketplaces. As for settings in the back-end and store level, here's what we've had since beginning with Toast -
It would be great to hear if anyone is experiencing these issues, what you did to troubleshoot this, or if you'd recommend another partner.
Thank you!

Look into the items on orders that were not accepted. There is a good chance which some of your items have modifiers that are required to make a selection but not visible to 3PD platforms. Which will cause 3PD orders not pushed to your POS and aslo deactivation of your 3PD marketplace

To clarify even further, a majority of 3rd party orders are being accepted and printed just fine. The confusion comes from random orders not being accepted out of the blue. It's very eye opening when you run reports on these partners Merchant Portals and see that we're missing out on orders that are not being accepted and stores are being deactivated due to these high volumes.

Why would this matter? The Toast Integration with some 3rd parties doesn't include modifiers? or just required modifiers?
