Toast App Printing Receipts Automatically

After we cut over to the "new experience", any customer placing an using the Toast App automatically generates a receipt on our main register - which we don't need or want.  It doesn't happen if an order is placed on the website.  Toast hasn't shared a way to stop this behavior.  

Engineering is allegedly working on this but I'd be interested to know if others have encountered, and solved, this problem.

FYI the solution is to change the prep ticket printing in Front of House to "print only after order is paid".  Why this is tied to printing receipts is a mystery to me, but it did work.  It's slows our prep process and hopefully Toast can "untie" this so we can start working on orders while the cashier is closing out the sale.

Let's see if this can solve this issue.

Click "Takeout & Delivery" on from the menu on the left of your back-end. Scroll down and click "Takeout & Delivery". Under the "Receipt Printing", make sure the "Takeout / Delivery Printer" is Print On-Demand Only.

That setting was already set to on demand.    Any other ideas?  Thanks for playing!😆

We also tried changing the setting, saving/publishing, and then changing it back - also no joy.
