Toast Delivery

 I use the " Toast Delivery" Option which is great but the the flaw is that I am unable to take orders over the phone.
My solution currently is that i stopped the Toast Delivery Feature and use an integration that allows me to push my delivery's to Doordash Drive ( online orders, Call in or in person delivery) as long as i take a payment over the phone or in person via card payment method.

I would love to see this feature be added to the current " Toast Delivery" where even if a customer calls in to place a delivery but paid with card we are able to send it and get it delivered by your DSP partner DoorDash Drive.

I would love to see this updated from Toast to allow us to take phone calls and or inperson orders as long as its been paid via Card. We currently do this now within Toast and a partner integration but i am trying to remove that extra cost and just do it with Toast Delivery.

You can use the Toast Delivery Services to dispatch a driver for phone orders, just like you do for online orders.

since when did this start to work this way. I tried this 6 months ago and i was told over the phone does not work.

We try to continue to update and improve, so it might have changed since then. After trying the workflow suggested, is it working now?

I have not since its only a 5 mile, i was hoping we can get this to 8 mile radius. How can we get this increased. Right now through Toast and Cartwheel with doordash drive i can go up to 10 miles.
