Servers are looking up loyalty members on the handhelds and are able to find them most of the time.  However, there are times they cannot be located.  I go to the backend and do a search.  The search never works for me!  I even change the date range....

I have had several customers ask if they still get their points when using cash.  I have looked and I have no clue.  Does anyone know?  We do type in their phone number, but it doesn't tell us if the points were added or not.
