EOD Balance

Hello,

New to Toast and struggling to find a number in Toast that will agree  to the actual negative payouts to servers, for the EOD.

Look through the reporting guide and utilize the end of day report. make sure that you are paying the servers out of your drawer and not house

How do you handle negative tips? Are they paid out of the drawer? If they are you should be able to see everything you need under the cash drawer history report. If they are not choosing a cash drawer during shift review and still taking cash out of the drawer, things are not going to add up.
