best way to collect dine in customer email/phone numbers

How can we effectively collect email addresses or phone numbers from dine-in customers using our Toast Go handhelds or POC? Here are a few potential approaches we see:

1. Offer the option for customers to pay via text message, provided they’re comfortable with it.
2. Request customers to share their phone number for a digital receipt to be sent via text.
3. Invite customers to join a loyalty program during the payment process.

Our goal is to minimize staff training requirements and ensure a smooth and fast checkout experience while maintaining the servers' ability to receive tips without disruption. What has worked for you guys best?

Personally, I would use digital receipts and add the loyalty program. This way after they sign for their credit card purchase, they are prompted with which type of receipt they would like, and are also prompted if they would like to sign up for loyalty (email required)
