This is a good features that toast has to any event that you want to do in your restaurant. Any body have used before?

Yes, we use it. There are a few further features that we are waiting them to build out, but it's very helpful right now. I encourage you to give it a try.

Our catering department has been a part of the beta testing for it and we like it a lot!! We run into a hiccup every now and then and the team that is developing it is on it with a quickness, very responsive! I'm not a huge fan of the hiccups we run into on the sales summary aspect but it's mostly user friendly there too. 

We like it.

PROS: guest can pay online and add a tip online (avoiding a sometimes awkward convo asking the guest how much she wants to tip.)

CON: On the invoice, the guest sees the date and time for the order, but it doesn't show the delivery time or pickup time, it shows the "fire" time...the time the order is sent to the kitchen. That has caused a TON of guest confusion and should be deleted entirely from the invoice.  Instead the invoice should show the guest the customer pickup/delivery time...a far more relevant time for the guest.
