Hi,
I've been having an issue with Rewards accounts at a closed location, which is in progress with Toast Care. Related to that though, I really need to be able to run a report that shows ALL the rewards accounts. Well, the Rewards Accounts report used to do that, but now (just today) it actually uses the date field, AND the dates are limited to a 6 month range, as noted:
* (New) The report now applies the date range filter, displaying only loyalty accounts with transactions within the specified range. To view all loyalty accounts, adjust the ‘custom date’ to an earlier time.
Your date range cannot be longer than 6 months. Adjust your date range.
This means that if an account was not used in the last 6 months, it's not showing up. I realize that loading all the accounts sometimes takes a while, but I'm willing to wait to get all the data I need! Has anyone else noticed this change, and found any workaround? This is actually critical for me right now, and I have submitted another case for it. Thanks for any help.

Hi everyone, just an update on this issue. I found my report! The Rewards Accounts has been updated to let you choose whether or not to use the date selection. This is the best of both worlds, so thanks Toast people for fixing this!

Nice, I do like the speed of loading when use the date picker but sometimes need to see every account.
