How do we setup the menu for Build your own concept to manage the Inventory and track the actuals vs theoretical. We are like a Chipotle concept and customers choose different protein options and can choose either just 1 protein or half and half of 2 proteins.

Would use modifiers for the proteins and then map recipes or products to the modifiers, I think having separate half modifiers would be the best way to handle the half portions.
