I have one menu item not printing to kitchen, though other items are printing. Why is the item line in red? TIA

If you select (highlight) the red item after and hit send does it then print?

No. I tried reprinting the order however only the other item printed. The red highlighted item did not. However it later printed (single item) on its own about 10/15 minutes later.

Thanks for that info, just to confirm, you are using printers and not KDS in the kitchen? Do you use courses and any meal pacing in your kitchen setup?

No, so unless someone changed a setting.... It has not been an issue. And only this one category (multiple items, burgers in this case).

Ok, it is possible, all it would take is one check box getting checked, I have seen it turned on by default sometimes too and then all it takes is someone putting a value in prep time on a menu item or items to suddenly have issues. Worth checking under advanced properties, turn on prep time under show hide, and see if there is anything entered on the items under the burger menu group, also under kitchen, pacing, meal pacing, make sure enable item fire by prep time is unchecked.
