time/date ticket opened

Our restaurant does quite a few orders that are preorders. We take the order days sometimes weeks prior to the date the order is due for. However when I pull up the ticket it says under "opened" the date the order is due not the actual date it was opened. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix it to reflect the day it was rang into the system?

scheduled orders are shown under "open tab" because these orders are input into system but are not fired up and don't have a payment yet. And that is a very good questions. I don't think the system tells you when a scheduled order is input. If you take a lot of scheduled orders and would like to know when an order is received and input into system, check out "customer invoices". It's under "payment" on Toast Back-end.
