toast failed to pay sales

So my restaurant was open 1/3 and 1/4. I received a deposit on 1/6 for $6.95 missing the actual deposits for sales on 1/3 and 1/4. I called on 1/6/25 and they stated that it was sent on their end and to check with the bank as it was on the banks end. I went to the bank and checked and no deposits were pending or rejected from the banks end. I called toast and they go around and around about experts and they will try to get an answer in 24-48 hours. (1-9-25) 48 hours passes and i call back in to be told there were chargeoffs for those two entire amounts. 1. thats sales from 70-80 customers your telling me they all chargebacked. No chargeoff listed on my toast account tab. Called (1-10-25) Told they send me an email and the agent doesn't know anything more. Never got an email from toast. No money still. Went into the bank and they still show nothing pending.(1-11-25) Called again to check and see if anything progressed and they told me they are inquiring to their third party about the missing deposits and that i would be updated asap the next day. (1-12-25) still no money and im wondering if my toast deposits for sales on 1-10-25 and 1-11-25 will be deposited. Its easy to see i didn't get my money and toast is not helping at all. Its fairly simple pay the money your supposed to pay to your clients. Reconciliation has showed paid but no money showed up. At this point Toast has violated their contract with me for payment processing.

Still no money for 1/3, 1/4, 1/10 or 1/11. Agent states they don't know anything and the case is getting investigated and they know nothing more.
