Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if there's a way to display our menu on the Toast website without showing prices? Ideally, we’d like to avoid having to upload a PDF menu.
To give you some context: we have multiple locations, each with different pricing tiers. When guests search for a specific location, the pricing appears correctly when they select “View Menu.” However, we’ve noticed that when guests search for "Egg Harbor Cafe" as a whole. When they click “View Our Menu,” it seems that pricing is being displayed based on geographic location. This has led to chargebacks, as guests sometimes report discrepancies between the price shown on the view our menu page vs the online ordering page.
If a guest selects an individual location, the pricing works as expected, but we’re wondering if it’s possible to display our menu without prices on the main Egg Harbor Cafe website (eggharborcafe.com).
Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

Don't use Toast website. This is what I found (I guess you probably already know this). The food pictures on your website look amazing!

Hi! Thanks for sharing these settings. Our marketing team handles Toast Website configuration, but I am not sure if they were aware of those settings, I'll be sure to pass along!
Thank you! We're very fortunate to have two photographers that do a phenomenal job with food photography! 🙂
