Update in place to Override classic look 11/8

Why is that as operators we’ll be forced to use the new updated look?

Its confusing to the eye and all the pertinent information for FOH or BOH to utilize for live data isn’t available at a glance.  The left hand HUD is tiny in comparison to selection processes.  Is there a way to expand or redirect the check information to ensure area of order is fully visible to ensure accuracy of order? 

The classic look was simplistic in execution and review. Change is good but theres a lot of misdirection and tab recognition that requires a different understanding and makes selection of working options a trial and error rather than intuitive.  

Any thoughts of utilizing the classic look with the new features?

I could not agree more. It seems like there are extra steps that there were not before. Do you know if there is a forum for reporting problematic issues with the new update?

I haven’t combed through the forum enough yet but nothing that I’ve discovered yet.

I also agree. And, I have a coffee shop, so we need to use light mode, but the color palette is really challenging. There's no brown! It's extremely limited, so using colors for different coffee drinks is much more difficult to figure out. Our brown for Mocha has changed to orange (which we use already for decaf). I would vote for a wider variety of color options. The new order layout doesn't help us much either, since everything we do is quick service. I'm curious if anyone is a big fan of the new look?

So many extra steps everywhere now. Unfortunately this whole forum is joke. The toast "moderators" don't answer questions, just send you link to more useless information then blow up your email telling your solution has been resolved. I really hope they get enough feedback to drop this "update "
