I was doing shift reviews and it says an employee has an open check...there are no open checks under her name. when i hit view checks, it is blank.
therefore i cannot clock her out nor close her shift
Has anyone experienced this before?
suggestions?

I have seen this before; it's usually a device sync issue. Ensure all devices are connected to the network; this includes HH if you have any. You can also manually adjust this employee shift to force the system to reset. If you need more help, let me know! @Rlamblez

Make sure the check is not just being filtered out, on the checks screen, top right 3dot menu, choose show all checks or advanced filter and check show checks for current user.

There are no checks open under her name.
When I am on the shift review screen it says 1 Unpaid Check
when I hit view, there is nothing on the screen

The check filter may be hiding the check though, hit show all checks from the top right menu on that screen to be sure.
