Coud you maybe arrange options under the same item? each option has a price delta, and when you 86 that item all dependencies take the same effect?

Absolutely.. if there is a little odd number, the. last guy is the unlucky winner :-).. This is how age old POS's worked, but somehow Toast is yet to catchup!
