Hi Toast Community,

We've been testing out the new Order Ready Display that was recently launched and wanted to learn more about displaying the names, specifically for 3rd party (Uber, DoorDash, etc.) in a better way. It appears that Toast pulls orders from 3rd parties into the POS in a way that displays the customers name as "UE__NAME89494".  Does anyone have any information on how we can have the names come through with just the customer name? I've included a photo of how the name appears on our Order Ready Display.

Hey @EvanBurningRice, I believe this would be a feature request but I will reach out to my team to see if there are any workarounds available!
