Ability to see notes about a guest on the POS when we enter a phone # or email or an online order

Is there a way to have notes about a guest that pops up if they place an order? For example...
1. a guest repeatedly has chargebacks
2. a guest repeatedly doesn't show for phone orders so we want to collect payment over the phone
3. a guest has a gluten allergy and we want it noted in their file to NOTIFY all staff and help reduce risk of exposure

4. a guest calls in an order and they have a credit for a previous restaurant error

5. a guest repeatedly calls in to try and get free food (because there was a "mistake" on some fictitious order

It would be immensely helpful if we could enter notes for the staff to see on the POS that are tied to specific customers. Is this possible?

We are also looking for this feature. Many situations come up where it would be helpful to have notes visible as soon as a customer phone number is input. Right now we are using the last name field for any notes but the customer can see it, so we aren't able to put anything like "never answers phone" or "always calls about missing items". Would love to see a way to input notes for takeout and delivery customers Toast.
