If a guest leaves without paying their tab and the pre-authorized credit card declines, I would like to block that guest from ordering at Order and Pay in the future. Is there a way to block or "mark" guests by name, phone number and/or email address?

yes, we also need the ability to block or at least flag cards that have previously had a card declined after walking out on a tab.
we should also be able to block or flag cards that have submitted a chargeback previously.
this is a needed feature.
